1. Do you take my insurance?
We do not bill insurance companies, but we provide you with a claim form that you may submit for reimbursement.

2. Do you take Medicare?
We do not bill Medicare. We have opted out of Medicare so that our doctors are free to evaluate and treat patients based on patient needs and not on Medicare’s extensive regulations.

3. How much is a visit with the doctor?
Our current price for a basic office visit is $88. If you need testing, procedures, or X-rays, additional fees will apply.

4. What are your hours?
Open 7 Days a Week
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
